To ensure coherence of the conference program, we are kindly requesting that the participants making an oral presentation confirm their attendance by paying their registration fees by bank transfer, one month before the conference (deadline 27/04/2014).

To avoid queue the first day of the conference, we also strongly encourage the other participants to register in advance by bank transfer.

For the participants unable to secure participation via bank transfer, onsite registration in cash (USD) will take place a day before commencement of the conference i.e. on 26^th May 2014 at the conference venue starting 3.00pm up to 8.00 pm at the conference venue.
